Michelle is a part time Artist and part time Commercial Manager who runs Studio 42. She has a degree in Visual arts and Marketing and a Master Degree in Creative Arts Consultancy both from Lancaster University. Michelle is Married to Martin and has two grown up children. Her daughter is currently studying fine art at Loughborough University.

The studio is the dream of the owner Michelle who has desired a space to be creative since graduating from Lancaster University in 1994. The space is light and spacious and a great base to work from.
Michelle's daughter, Amy, will be spending her placement year at the studio starting this summer 2025. We will be featuring her work during her placement.

Rachel is an artist and print maker who works out of Studio 42. She has a first class honors degree from Uclan in Fine art and Printmaking. Rachel is married to Ayrton and they have two young children.
